Please read our terms carefully before using our service.
We reserve the right to remove, modify, or disable access to any content that violates our content guidelines, infringes upon intellectual property rights, or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
Websites will be automatically deactivated after 180 days of inactivity (no traffic). Inactive sites will be permanently deleted after 7 days of deactivation. We do not guarantee continuous availability or permanent storage of any content.
By using our service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to these terms. You further acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with our complete Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
These terms may be updated periodically, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Crystals (Virtual Currency)
Crystals are our platform's virtual credits used to redeem specific digital services—such as generating images, building websites or connecting domains. Crystals are not currency or property; they have no intrinsic monetary value and exist solely as a measure of your entitlement to access services within warpad.fun. We retain all ownership of Crystals and the associated licenses for any content or services you obtain with them.
When you purchase Crystals with Solana or any other accepted payment method, you are purchasing a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable and cancelable license to use those credits. You do not own the Crystals themselves or any related digital items or services. Except where expressly authorized by us, exchanging or attempting to exchange Crystals or any in‑service items for money, property or value outside of our platform is prohibited.
We may adjust the pricing of Crystals at any time and may change the number of Crystals required to access certain services without notice or reimbursement. You are solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the purchase or redemption of Crystals.
Refund Policy: purchases of Crystals are final and non‑refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital credits within 14 days of your order provided you have not begun using them. Once a transaction is performed (for example, credits are redeemed for a service), you forfeit any withdrawal rights and no refund will be issued.
Crystals can only be held by active users; if your account is terminated or deactivated—whether by you or by us—all remaining Crystals and licenses will be permanently removed from your account without compensation. You agree not to bring any claim against us relating to changes in Crystals, including modifications to their value or the removal of access to services.
Content Guidelines
The following content is considered inappropriate and will be removed immediately:
Content promoting or depicting violence, exploitation, abuse, discrimination, or hate speech
Sexually explicit or pornographic material
Content that violates intellectual property rights or privacy laws
Malicious software or harmful code
Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
Content related to illegal substances or activities
Personally identifiable information shared without consent
Additionally, we do not allow content that encourages dangerous behavior, promotes self‑harm, contains excessive profanity, or deliberately spreads misinformation.
We maintain the right to determine what constitutes inappropriate content and may remove any content that violates the spirit of these guidelines, even if not explicitly listed above.
